Terms of Service
These terms apply when you access or use Searchata, including its website and remote MCP service.
Last updated: September 9, 2026
1. Acceptance
By using Searchata, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you use Searchata for an organization, you confirm that you can accept these terms for that organization.
You must be legally able to enter into this agreement. If you do not agree, do not use Searchata.
2. The service
Searchata connects an approved AI agent to Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools through Model Context Protocol, or MCP. Searchata tools read connected sites, performance data, URL details, crawl statistics, and sitemap information.
Searchata tools are read-only. They do not change source settings, add users, submit or delete sitemaps, or request indexing. Searchata can change, add, suspend, or remove service features.
3. Accounts and authorization
You must give accurate account information and protect access to your account. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account and approved agent connections.
You can connect only Google Search Console properties, Bing Webmaster Tools sites, and agent clients that you are authorized to use. You must promptly disconnect a client or source account if its access is no longer authorized.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use Searchata to:
- Break a law, violate a third-party right, or access data without authorization.
- Share credentials, authorization codes, or access tokens with another person or service.
- Bypass service limits, interfere with the service, or place an unreasonable load on it.
- Introduce malware, probe another user's account, or attempt to defeat a security control.
- Resell or provide Searchata as a service without written permission.
We can limit or suspend access when we reasonably believe that activity violates these terms or creates risk for users, a source provider, Searchata, or another party.
5. Plans and billing
Searchata can offer free and paid plans. Current prices, request allowances, renewal periods, and included features appear in the service before purchase. Stripe processes subscriptions. PayPal processes lifetime-license payments.
A paid subscription renews automatically for the displayed billing period until you cancel it. Cancellation stops a future renewal and does not normally refund an amount already paid, except when applicable law requires a refund or Searchata states otherwise.
Canceling during a free trial stops automatic renewal. Trial access continues until the original trial end date or an earlier scheduled cancellation date. After a trial, MCP access requires a confirmed payment for the current billing period.
A lifetime license is a one-time purchase for one Searchata workspace. It does not renew. A refunded, reversed, or disputed payment makes its license inactive.
Taxes can apply. You authorize Searchata and the applicable payment provider to charge the payment method for the displayed price, applicable tax, and approved renewal.
6. Your data and permission to process it
You keep your rights in the information that you provide or authorize Searchata to access. You give Searchata permission to process that information only as needed to provide, secure, maintain, and support the service, and as described in the Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for the prompts that you send through an AI agent and for how you use tool results. Do not send secrets or personal information that is not necessary for a search-data request.
7. Searchata rights
Searchata and its licensors own the service, software, documentation, and related intellectual property. These terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while you follow these terms.
If you send feedback, you allow Searchata to use it without restriction or payment. This does not transfer ownership of your connected search data.
8. Third-party services
Searchata depends on services from Google, Microsoft, Stripe, PayPal, Resend, AI-agent providers, and infrastructure providers. Their terms and privacy policies apply to their services. Searchata does not control their availability or actions.
You must follow the Google Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools, and AI-agent terms that apply to your use.
9. Availability and changes
We work to keep Searchata available and accurate. We do not promise that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every client. Google or Microsoft can delay, change, or omit source data.
We can perform maintenance and make changes needed for security, legal compliance, provider changes, or service operation.
10. Suspension and termination
You can stop using Searchata at any time. You can disconnect approved agents, Google Search Console, and Bing Webmaster Tools. Contact privacy@searchata.com to request account-data deletion.
We can suspend or end access if you materially violate these terms, create a security or legal risk, fail to pay an amount due, or use the service in a way that can harm Searchata or another party. When practical, we will give notice and an opportunity to correct the issue.
11. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Searchata is provided as available and without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation.
Searchata provides search-source data and analysis tools. It does not provide legal, financial, or guaranteed search-ranking advice. You are responsible for decisions that you make from tool results.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Searchata will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Searchata's total liability for claims related to the service will not exceed the greater of USD 100 or the amount that you paid to Searchata during the 12 months before the event that caused the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limits. In those jurisdictions, these limits apply only to the extent permitted by law.
13. Indemnity
If you use Searchata for an organization, that organization will defend and indemnify Searchata against third-party claims that result from its unlawful use of the service, its unauthorized data access, or its material breach of these terms, to the extent permitted by law.
14. General terms
These terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement about Searchata. If one part is unenforceable, the other parts remain in effect. A delay in enforcing a term is not a waiver. You cannot transfer this agreement without written permission. Searchata can transfer it as part of a reorganization, financing, merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
Applicable law governs these terms without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence continue to apply. Before starting a formal claim, contact support@searchata.com so the parties can try to resolve it.
15. Changes and contact
We can update these terms. We will change the date at the top of this page. If a material change applies to an active paid plan, we will give reasonable notice when required by law. Continued use after the effective date means that you accept the updated terms.
