Questions about pricing
How does the free trial work?
Sign in, connect your data and AI assistant, then choose a billing plan and add a card. Your 7-day trial starts when you complete checkout. You are not charged for the trial. Your selected plan starts billing when the trial ends unless you cancel.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. Use Manage billing to cancel automatic renewal. If you cancel during the trial, access continues until the trial ends. For paid subscriptions, cancellation stops the next renewal. See the billing terms for details.
Do I need a separate AI assistant account?
Yes. Searchata connects your data to the AI assistant you use. An AI assistant subscription is not included. Your assistant's plan requirements and usage limits still apply.
Can Searchata change my website or search settings?
No. Searchata tools read your connected data. They cannot change your properties, submit sitemaps, or request indexing. Learn more in the security documentation.
